ENRegional Labour Foundation of Podravje (RLFP) was funded in 2000 as a non-profit organisation for implementation of the active employment policy. RLFP pools national, local, private and EU resources with the purpose of preventing unemployment, preserving jobs and creating new employment opportunities in Podravje Region. With the implementation of active employment policy measures, together with other social partners, RLFP stimulates job creation and reduction of unemployment rate and significantly contributes to improvement of socio-economic situation in Podravje Region. It is one of the key actors in region for activating redundant workers, with the aim to increase their employment possibilities and to promote their inclusion into the labour market. Tasks of the RLFP are directed toward support to redundant workers and unemployed and toward companies support in the matter of human resources reorganisation. With that, RLFP helps companies to develop human resource reorganisation programmes, human resource development programmes and training programmes for employees. RLFP is supporting redundant workers and unemployed in career planning, employment counselling and guidance, lifelong learning guidance and mentoring, improving competencies and skills by training other support measures. SIRegionalni sklad dela Podravje (RSDP) je bil ustanovljen leta 2000 kot nepridobitna ustanova za izvajanje aktivne politike zaposlovanja. RSDP združuje nacionalna, lokalna, privatna in EU sredstva z namenom preprečevanja brezposelnosti, ohranjanja delovnih mest in kreiranja novih zaposlitvenih priložnosti v Podravju. RSDP skupaj s socialnimi partnerji pospešuje kreiranje delovnih mest in zniževanja stopnje brezposelnosti ter bistveno prispeva k izboljšanju socio-ekonomske situacije v regiji. Je eden izmed ključnih akterjev v regiji pri povečevanju zaposlitvenih priložnosti presežnih delavcev ter spodbujanju njihove ponovne vključitve na trg dela. Aktivnosti RSDP so usmerjene k podpori presežnim delavcem, brezposlenim in podjetem pri kadrovski prenosi in pripravi programov kadrovske prenove, načrtov razvoja človeških virov in načrtov usposabljanja zaposlenih. Aktivnosti RSDP so osredotočene predvsem v svetovanje pri načrtovanje kariere, zaposlovanju, vseživljenjskem učenju, mentortsvo, izboljšanje kompetenc in spretnosti z usposabljanjem in druge podporne ukrepe presežnim delavcem in brezposelnim. |
